The building address to Riverfront Conference Center is 1 Riverfront Plaza, Flint, MI 48502.
Arrangements have been made with the Downtown Development Authority for guests to park in the Riverfront Parking Ramp at no charge for your event. This ramp offers limited free parking. The ramp entrance is located in the front of the building, off Saginaw Street and W. Union Street (a one-way street).
After parking, guests can take the elevator or stairs to the ground floor. The entry point to the elevator is located on the third and fourth levels of the structure. Guests will not be able to enter the building through the housing skywalk on the third floor, as this is reserved for residence hall students with swipe card access only.
After guests reach the ground floor, they will walk across W. Union Street and enter the main
entrance to Riverfront. The conference center is to the left of the main entrance lobby.
If guests enter the parking structure off of Beach St. in the back of the building, the ramp arm will not be lifted and $5 per car will be charged.
